Our Mission is excellence! What helps us stand really apart from our competition is the stringent quality assurance that we implement at every step of the service delivery process:

1. Rigorous compliance to the Scope of Work of projects is ensured through meticulous project planning, structured communication with clients via GoTo/Online Meetings & Video Conferences, and an agile information transfer mechanism;

2. Dedicated Relationship Managers maintain detailed minutes of all meetings with clients, and pass on structured instructions & feedback to the production teams using a secure, internal Customer Relationship Management portal;

3. Real-time access and edit rights to project specific R.F.I. & Assumption logs, for all concerned parties (the 'Owner', the 'Project Manager' & concerned members of the 'Production Teams'), helps minimize change-orders and promotes finished products with “zero defects”.

4. Most important of all, we are eager to put in the extra effort that it takes to carry projects to their successful conclusion, through multiple rounds of debugging and cosmetic changes, and that too with a touch of flourish and finesse!
